Power tools sold on TikTok Shop must carry UL, ETL, or equivalent safety certification, and listing a mains-powered or battery-powered tool without one results in removal — not a warning. Lockpicks, bypass tools, and certain cutting implements are restricted or prohibited outright; selling them even as "hobby" or "training" products is subject to the same enforcement. Accurate power specs (amperage, voltage, wattage) are a listing requirement; misrepresenting electrical specs is both a false claim and a safety issue.
