Food and beverage products sold on TikTok Shop must include a Nutrition Facts panel (NLEA) and a complete ingredient list, and failing to disclose major allergens — peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, wheat, shellfish, soy — can result in immediate listing removal and potential FDA reporting. Perishable or fresh food listings require documented shelf-stability handling, and food facility registration with the FDA may be required for certain food manufacturers. Organic, non-GMO, and similar claims all have specific certification requirements; using them without documentation is a false claim violation.
